Perched on the wild Atlantic edge of Ireland at the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher Retreat, The Between Sea and Sky Retreat offers an immersive blend of movement, nourishment, and awe-inspiring natural beauty.
Each day begins and ends with thoughtfully designed, tailor-made yoga classes to support all levels—Martha and Heather have many years of teaching experience and will meet you where you are in your practice. Mornings invite you to awaken your body with intention, while evening sessions offer space to unwind, reflect, and restore.
Between practices, enjoy leisurely brunches and nourishing dinners prepared by professional chefs, featuring fresh, locally inspired cuisine that complements the rhythm of retreat life.
Guests have full access to the lodge and wellness center, offering cozy spaces to relax, connect, or simply take in the sweeping ocean views. Whether you curl up with a book, enjoy the sauna, or stroll along the cliffs, the environment invites deep rest and renewal.
Midweek, a full-day guided excursion will take you beyond the retreat grounds to explore the rich culture and stunning landscapes of the surrounding region—ancient sites, charming villages, and unforgettable vistas that capture the spirit of Ireland.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the everyday and into a rhythm of movement, connection, and natural wonder—where the power of place meets the practice of presence.
